We accept returns only if goods are faulty. We are unable to accept returns if you choose the wrong product for your needs.

CAN'T FIND YOUR COUNTRY IN SHIPPING DESTINATION?

Our store ships to customers using Australia Post's postal service. For reasons unknown to us, some countries (e.g. Russia) do not accept postal articles from Australia. If you live in such a country, you can purchase from us by EMAIL and we can arrange shipping to your country via a courier service. See Prefer to order by EMAIL? above.
